We carry out full specialist two-stroke crankshaft rebuilds for Suzuki T250 Hustler engines here in our UK workshop at PJ Motorcycle Engineers.

Service Price: £451.27 + VAT

Please note: We rebuild your own supplied original crankshaft. This is a direct workshop rebuild service, not an exchange service.

Standard T250 Hustler Crankshaft Rebuild Process & Parts Included

Every T250 Hustler crankshaft undergoing a standard rebuild is completely stripped down, thoroughly cleaned, and inspected for cracks and fatigue before being rebuilt using all-new replacement components:

New Con Rods & Crank Pins
New Big End Bearings & Thrust Washers
New Small End Bearings
3 New Main Bearings
4 New Crankshaft Oil Seals

All replacement components fitted are the exact same high-specification parts we supply and sell across our website. During assembly, the crankshaft is built on a precision alignment jig to guarantee correct 180-degree phasing. The complete assembly is then hand-trued to fine factory tolerances, ready to drop straight into your crankcases.

CRITICAL PISTON UPGRADE REQUIREMENT:

Please note: Suzuki T250 Hustler crankshafts will be rebuilt using later-specification GT250 con rod kits which feature an 18mm small end eye and require 14mm piston pins (gudgeon pins). Because of this, T250 Hustler owners will need to update their pistons to the later Suzuki GT250 specification pistons upon reassembly. We do stock the pistons with the 14mm piston pins.
