With A Standard Crankshaft Build We Strip All The Components Of The Crankshaft Clean And Inspect For Cracks Then Replace The Following Parts, Con Rods, Big End Bearings, Thrust Washers, Small End Bearing, All 4 Main Bearings And 5 Crank Seals. All The Parts Are New And Are High Quality Parts Made In Ie Koyo / Hic Bearings, Mitaka Brand Con Rods Ars Seals From Japan Etc.
We Then Build The Crank On A Jig Which Ensures The Crank Is Phased, The Whole Assembly Is Then Trued By Hand. The Crank Is Ready To Be Dropped Into The Crankcases.
