We Carry Out Crankshaft Rebuilds For The GT200 Here At PJ Motorcycle Engineers.

We Only Work On Customers Own Crankshafts, This Is Not An Exchange Service

The Price For A GT200 X5 Crank Rebuild Is £359.14 + VAT

With A Standard Crankshaft Build We Strip All The Components Of The Crankshaft Clean And Inspect For Cracks Then Rebuild With The Following New Parts, Con Rods, Crank Pins, Big End Bearings, Thrust Washers, Small End Bearing, 3 New Main Bearings And 3 New Crank Seals, The Centre Seal Will Be The Up-Graded Alloy Labyrinth Seal, This Will Require A Slight Notch In The Case. All The Parts Are The Same Quality Parts We List And Sell.

The Crank Is Built On A Jig Which Ensures The Crank Is Phased At 180 degrees, The Whole Assembly Is Then Trued By Hand And Is Ready To Be Dropped Into The Crankcase.
