This is a blank cylinder Sleeve To Fit The Maico 490 Cylinder.

This is a sleeve to fit a maico 490 air-cooled cylinder, it comes blank with no ports in there so you will have to cut them in to suit your cylinder.

The Sleeve is made in-house by us, it has a ground finish on the outside and the bore is undersize to allow it to be bored to std size when fitted into the cylinder.

Wössner pistons are manufactured from a high yield 4032 alloy which has low expansion under temperature. This allows closer piston to bore clearances reducing piston noise. Wössner pistons also feature a unique graphite based coating on the skirts which aids the bedding in procedure.

The Piston is a Forged Piston
